Conference Programme – 20 November 2026

The conference will take place on the morning of Friday, 20 November. The Czech and English sessions will run in parallel.

Czech Session

Room: B11/206
Participant check-in: from 8:30
Programme begins: 9:00

English Session

Room: D33/227 – Dean’s Meeting Room
Participant check-in: from 9:00
Programme begins: 9:30

Both sessions are expected to finish at approximately 13:15.

Format and Language

The conference will include separate Czech and English sessions. Each contribution will follow a 10-minute presentation + 5-minute discussion format.

Both rooms are equipped for presentations. Detailed instructions for presenters and information about submitting presentation files will be published later.

Getting There

We recommend using public transport and getting off at Nemocnice Bohunice or Univerzitní kampus.

Parking near the university campus is limited. More detailed arrival and campus navigation information will be added before the conference.

MČR Gaming Festival – 20–22 November 2026

The project’s follow-up activities will take place at the MČR Gaming Festival at the Brno Exhibition Centre.

The location of the project booth, entry conditions and the SciTEP demo challenge schedule will be published after the organisational details have been confirmed with the festival organiser.
